Unknown Speaker 1:47
I started doing cardio the other day. Holy crap, it's still gonna be a long road back with. Let's just say these new titties are not made for cardio. So, I've talked to some big breasted women, some of my girlfriends who welcomed me to the big titty committee, instead of the itty bitty titty committee and these ladies are saying that they've literally bought bras that cost like 100 plus dollars. There's a bra that's like 168 fucking dollars. 168. And my boyfriend thought I was joking. No, it's fucking, it's for big boobs and women who want to still play sports. And so yeah, that's probably the biggest downside of this whole titty situation. But other than that, I'm very happy with the outcome. And yeah, so I'm gonna be slowly getting back in shape. I feel good and the pains gone. And this is just me continually telling you guys check out CPI cellular Performance Institute in Tijuana Mexico. They fucking changed it for me. They changed the game. I don't acupuncture, massage, fucking everything under the sun. First physical training. I'm sorry. Yeah, PT, everything. And the only thing that gave me true relief was the stem cells down at CPI. And there are 20 minutes right over the border of Mexico. So if you're weirded out that it's in Mexico, don't be clean, safe, friendly. I still talk to the girl who was my nurse on social media. She was so cool. I'm like, I want to be your friend. So great experience on painfree getting back in shape, and really, really looking forward to the rest of my career because of them. Alabama, Louisiana to Mississippi, living in an ambulance driving into a hurricane, polyamory pros and cons. Learning to date after toxicity, farting in jujitsu competitions, sex and weed and much more. Here's your guest, Hannah guy. Okay, we are here with Hannah guy. I've been looking forward to this. Thank you so much for coming on the show.

Unknown Speaker 11:11
Yeah, no problem. I'm so excited.

Unknown Speaker 11:14
So I was just commenting on the beautiful background like your lighting is perfect. But you said you're just outside and it's just like a nice, overcast day.

Unknown Speaker 11:24
Yeah, it's really nice and just watching my dog. And where are you at right now? I'm currently in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. I'm staying with one of my good friends mentors Alan Belcher. If you don't know who that is, he was in the UFC for a while. And is he

Unknown Speaker 11:45
a bad guy?

Unknown Speaker 11:47
He is now.

Unknown Speaker 11:48
Yeah. Is he like gonna fight for the title or something? Yeah, okay. I know who he is. Maybe Maybe I should have him on the podcast. Yeah, you should. Awesome. Awesome. Okay.

Unknown Speaker 12:02
nickname was the talent. One of his big fights was against ruse, Paul Harris. I don't know if that's how you say his

Unknown Speaker 12:10
name. Yeah. The locker guy. Yeah.

Unknown Speaker 12:13
Yeah. And he beat him. And he liked like, locked battled him and stuff. So it was a crazy fight.

Unknown Speaker 12:20
Yeah, yeah, Glock the leg locker or did he just like, go back and forth

Unknown Speaker 12:23
was a TKO stoppage. But can we get go? But yeah, it was like a, sorry, telling my dog to come back. Like a TKO stoppage. But yeah, he's been in the fight game for a long time and was, you know, up there in the ranks in the UFC. So he's been learning from and

Unknown Speaker 12:46
so you're currently training out of Mississippi?

Unknown Speaker 12:50
Yeah, so, right now I'm training at American Top Team in Biloxi, Mississippi. And then working with a bunch of different coaches. Brandon Davis, our Allen. mic stand for a few others. Od Delaney. He's in one championship.

Unknown Speaker 13:10
And what is going on right now? Because that sounds like a mixed martial arts gym. Right?

Unknown Speaker 13:15
Yeah, so pretty much I'm working on everything. But my main focuses are just getting more comfortable just in my stand up. You know, mixing and kicks again, because for a while I've been really focused on boxing, so trying to focus on you know, kicking, and just Muay Thai in general. And then like wrestling to working on all that. So your mind has a good base, but I don't really need to work on other stuff to keep improving.

Unknown Speaker 13:50
Well, that's good, you know, and I actually was gonna comment on how well rounded you are because I feel like you know, your jujitsu base, but then you're still you know, bare knuckle boxing, which we all know you have to focus strictly on just boxing. And then you take your MMA fights, you know, so you are, you know, like a multi sport competitor, and you are very well rounded. And, you know, you might be pointing out, you know, one of the areas that you neglected in the past that kicks in Muay Thai and all that, but it sounds like you're definitely covering all your bases.

Unknown Speaker 14:21
Yeah, definitely. So as far as you know, you're always

Unknown Speaker 14:25
Yeah, and that's a great thing is like, you know, so you've done Bare Knuckle FC. MMA, you know, just no gi jujitsu. And when you train like that, you could technically go into whatever you want. But are you trying to continue your fight career or are you trying to make a pivot into just bare knuckle like what does the future for HANA guy look like?

Unknown Speaker 14:46
I'm definitely the future is mainly MMA. I don't think I would do Bare Knuckle again unless they paid me a lot of money.

Unknown Speaker 14:56
Why? Why is that?

Unknown Speaker 15:00
I'm just like, the damage at least and that one fight that I took was pretty hardcore. And as much fun as it was, it was it took a while for me to like start training again because my eyes were just so like, Damn is not permanently thankfully but it took probably two months to like fully recover. Yeah, and it's just I love jujitsu too and so MMA is where I want to be I like punching people. I'm trying to like trailer heads off.

Unknown Speaker 15:38
Yeah, I don't think that anyone would think bad on you for choosing to not be a bare knuckle boxer when you have all these other outlets available to you you can just do no ghee and actually which I'm very excited about and you probably are to fucking combat jujitsu. You just take the best of both worlds. I'm like, I'm not there yet. Because with my fucking luck, I'll like do a combat jujitsu and and won't be able to fight in a UFC fight or some shit. So I want to focus just on MMA for you know, what it could have should have purposes. You know what I mean? But then when I'm done fighting, I know I'm still gonna have that itch and want to compete in combat jujitsu. How about you?

Unknown Speaker 16:21
Yeah, definitely. I mean, I've been begging people to get on that jujitsu mat. Oh, you already won. You already. Want to do one right now? Yeah. Yeah. Not Yeah. I just Yeah, I mean, yeah, there's always a possibility of that. But yeah, just to take the

Unknown Speaker 16:46
one roll the dice here. I don't give a fuck you do you stay really busy? It seems like

Unknown Speaker 16:53
yeah, I just I love competing. I love testing myself. And I feel like when I'm competing, it's a really good motivator. As far as my training goes. I'm always pushing myself a little bit further in a healthy way. Not like a bad way. Yeah. I'm pushing us a lot more if I have something coming up. So I love like always having

Unknown Speaker 17:15
to this is the first time in my life where I've been injured for an extended period of time. The other day somebody asked me like, what month it was, I was like, I don't even though like if I don't have a fight level. I don't even know the day of the week, let alone the month. Sometimes I have to because this podcast No, but yeah, if you have if you have something to look forward to like a date, I feel like I count down the days, the hours the minutes, you know, because I'm so excited about that. And I feel like it makes I don't know makes life a little better. Like I just appreciate everything just a little bit more. Is that weird?

Unknown Speaker 17:50
I don't think so.

Unknown Speaker 17:52
Okay, so if you could find in any organization, who where would it be?

Unknown Speaker 18:00
Yeah, um, I was talking to someone about this today, you know, it'd be awesome to fight for one. Um, I've always fight in Asia. I've always wanted to go in Asia, go to Asia and I never have so that would be really awesome. Yes. PFL just open a flyweight division and down to do that. So I'm really I'm super flexible, you know, if a promotions treating me right and paying me well, and I'm getting some exposure from it, like I'm all for that I love. The long term goal is UFC champion. But I'm very flexible up to that point. And I know there's so many paths to get there and I'm not I'm just one way of doing it. So

Unknown Speaker 18:47
I love that mentality because you know, obviously I should be just saying like UFC is everything else like on UFC fight pass and everything. But you know what? You guys can't censor me. But yeah, there are so many other outlets and you can't look at it like this is the only thing because it's a beautiful world out there. And you know travel if if an organization is going to take you somewhere and pay you well, and you mentioned exposure so let's walk and talk about it. You know, you thought back in the day Bellator didn't do the best at marketing you and let's face it, they did because they had valley with the Raiders booty all over shakin and it's like, it's distracting as hell like I'm looking at it and I like whatever you know, like we understand how the sport works and it's sports entertainment and all that so now moving forward with whatever organization that you tend to go or actually end up going with you know in signing with is that still something that's extremely important to you exposure?

Unknown Speaker 19:46
Um yeah, I mean, to an extent um, I think I just want to fight you know, more challenging people. You know, it's hard on the regionals seeing the fine like challenging people, but also Want to get paid? If I'm finding someone tough? Like I want to get paid for it? So that's the other thing. I know either way, like, I'll get exposure in the long run. Yeah, so that's not the end all be all for sure. But I am aware that that makes a big difference. So I try to stay up on my social media and all that stuff and what you're doing you put yourself out there people to get to know you a little bit, you know, I've known about you for a while so Oh,

Unknown Speaker 20:34
thank you. I'm it's funny, because I'm super excited. Like I really, you know, it sounds so corny, but I'm like, damn, I have a pretty cool job now. Like, they're actually paying me to get to know other cool chicks guys, too. But yeah, like, I get much more excited to meet the females because like, I always say on this podcast, I'm like, fuck, it's very few women on this planet who can do what we do? And then an even smaller percentage of women who do it? Well, you know, and so I'm just like, hey, you're like, you're like me? Yeah, yeah. So I'm really excited to get to know you, too.

Unknown Speaker 21:13
Yeah, I really wasn't around a bunch of like female fighters until Ultimate Fighter when I did the show in February, and perfect

Unknown Speaker 21:23
position. But this is a perfect transition, because I want to talk about it. I'm like, yeah, when do I bring it up? Okay.

Unknown Speaker 21:30
Yes, that was the first time like, I was around so many like badass females all at the same time. Lady Come on. And so, like, just that experience was like, wow, like, I really see the value of like, being around people like that. Like, it's so motivating and just makes your heart happy. Like, you have other people who understand you like that? Yes.

Unknown Speaker 21:55
Yeah, it does. And, you know, I'm really, I'm jealous in a way of you, but then in another way, I wouldn't ever change places with you, because I was gonna be on the ultimate seat. I forget what what season it was, but the Ultimate Fighter, it was like the first ever bantamweights They they picked me to like, do the medicals and all that and then like, you know, last round, they're like, ah, not you. And I'm like, dang it. So I was so sad. And I went on to do like, cool stuff. But I was like, I wanted to be like, in the show would like, do the girl bonding thing too. But you know, then I heard from some other ladies that I know in the industry that it also came with its downfalls of caddy, bitchy, you know? And I was like, Oh, I don't want that because just like you, I never been around like that, like massive female like energy because I've been a big old tomboy. So I was like, I probably would not fare well, in that kind of a feat. Massive female environment. You know what I mean? Yeah, how do

Unknown Speaker 22:58
you like alpha females a little bit? Yeah,

Unknown Speaker 23:02
I mean, we're all alpha females. And so, you know, you shed a nice light on the show, but was there was there some bad stuff going on to like?

Unknown Speaker 23:12
I mean, I heard about a couple things, but she's like, she's like, don't you catch that drama? I mean, but I mean, there were some things on the show that they didn't show like well, they may have showed a little bit of this but we we decided to prank the other team and we took these silly string bottles and just like silly string them frog like so this doll shoes like this like that? Really? Really?

Unknown Speaker 23:55
Good. I cleaned up some of it but the next day we think it was her she like swept the rest of the silly string that we didn't pick up and she just put it like in our room and a pile. And I was like, cool, like you cleaned up you know, like, yeah, stuff like that.

Unknown Speaker 24:26
Well, you know what if that's like some shenanigans that's best the worst? That does not sound bad at all. I am not I'm not. I'm not a frequent watcher. Sometimes I'll watch an episode here or there. But it seems like the ultimate fighter has cleaned up its act a little bit compared to the days of rampage Jackson and all that.

Unknown Speaker 24:47
Well, I used to be on spikes. Yeah. I think it's definitely they're trying to make it more professional and more about the fighters. I do wish they had like sharing more of my story, because I've added so many of those like interviews and they only show like, that tiny.

Unknown Speaker 25:09
That's, to be honest, I was gonna say, to be honest, you know, I had heard, you know, a snid bit about living in an ambulance. And I thought to myself, Oh, I need to know more about that. And then I'm thinking, Okay, if this girl lived in an ambulance, at one point in her life, she probably has way more crazy stories, or, or at least experiences that, you know, I want to know about. So, you know, where are you born and raised? And kind of like, you know, how do you get into fighting and all that, I mean, tell, tell, like, the part of the Ultimate Fighter 30 That didn't get shown that you wish would have been shown?

Unknown Speaker 25:50
Yeah, so I mean, there's a ton. I grew up, and Northern Alabama, when I was, you know, probably until I was eight, and then moved to Louisiana to live with my dad for a little bit. I had no idea who he was until I moved there. So I'm actually thankful there was some unfortunate events that caused me to go there. But you know, it was good, because, like, I didn't know who he was. So we got to know each other. And even though we had a rocky relationship, you know, it was still good to, like, know who he was. And then, you know, I moved back in with my mom, and lived in Mississippi for a while. And you know, I went to college just thinking, you know, that was what I was supposed to do, I really didn't have any passions, or hobbies or anything. You know, I had a few things that I'd pick up here and there, like, music, I was into that, like, you know, playing instruments and stuff. And, you know, I like traveling, but but, yeah, just kind of went to college, just kind of like changing my major, like, every semester, and no idea what I wanted to do. And the guy I was dating at the time, introduced me The Ultimate Fighter. And he just thought I would really like it. You know, the drama aspect. Wow, this

Unknown Speaker 27:27
is literally what we're talking about right now. Okay, okay, cool.

Unknown Speaker 27:33
And just the job last night, but he also said that I would just like, you know, watching the fights and the training and stuff like that. And he was, he was, yeah. That was cool. And, like, I knew I would love it. And so a couple of weeks later, you know, I was a little scared to go into MMA gym, but he kind of helped me, like, get the confidence to go. And about two weeks later, I was training, like, pretty much every day, and I haven't really stopped, besides, you know, COVID and stuff, like, you know, secretly training a couple of times a week. But you know, it's been a crazy passion ever since then. And

Unknown Speaker 28:23
what did you start trading? And what age did you take your first bite?

Unknown Speaker 28:28
I started training when I was 20. But then I moved in the gym, the only gym that was there wasn't somewhere I wanted to be. So I stopped for. And that was the only other time I've stuck to. So I probably trained for about four months when I was 20. Moved, came back. And then, you know, pretty much didn't stop till then. And I was 21. So my first fight, I believe, was before I turned 22. So I've only been training about a year total. You know, it's funny, because

Unknown Speaker 29:07
people, you know, we talk about like, Oh, I've been training for six years or 10 years, but in your career, for example, my career too. We don't take into account COVID years, like you have to literally take like, basically two years out of your whole career. So like, as we're speaking, I'm listening to you, but I'm like, Yeah, but people have to remember there's COVID years so like, you're I was saying this on my Instagram today. I'm like, Oh, we have this veteran of the bare knuckle veteran of UFC veteran and I'm like, the she's still so new in the big scheme of things, but you're just getting after it at an early time, which you know, hey, like I am the same way I got into the UFC at three, you know, and when the UFC calls you don't say no, you know, so, but you've done a lot. You stayed busy, even with the COVID you know, kind of like take out those two years as well. So Sorry, continue. I just wanted to give you some credit.

Unknown Speaker 30:00
Yeah, well thanks um yeah, I mean it's been kind of crazy you know my first fight I wasn't even planning on necessarily fighting I thought it would take years for me to get to that point. I'm probably wouldn't hurt on all my fights you know amateur went under with pretty much only knowing jujitsu I did Muay Thai. So I started everything all at the same time, I had no prior martial arts experience at all. No boxing, nothing. I started Muay Thai and jujitsu all at the same time, I figured out the wrestling on my own. And I was way better at jujitsu than anything else. And so pretty much all my fight is for me trying to strike getting hit a lot. And somehow finally taking them down, even though my wrestling was and, you know, dominate them on the ground, you know, either was submission or just, you know, keeping them there punched him, you know, whatever. But yeah, that was pretty much how my amateur career went. And then I finally started getting a little bit better with a striking and I was interested in boxing, just to get a little bit more experience in the standup where I couldn't take it to the ground, you know. But I did have a couple of amateur boxing the bare knuckle. And I still would like to do like a muay thai fight or whatever. Yeah, I just love all of it. Just a big passion. And, you know, I do love MMA, but just all of it has really changed my life. You know?

Unknown Speaker 31:48
It's crazy, because I'm talking to you. And you know, you're, you're, you know, in my mind, you're basically like, a decade younger. And it's crazy, because like, when I started, everyone had some kind of previous experience, whether it was boxing jujitsu, you know, but you I feel like you're one of those newer, younger generation, that's MMA, like you saw MMA, you're like, I will do MMA, like, what's your backout MMA? I'm like, I'm old, and you're the newer generation. But yeah, anyway, you're you're doing it right, you're making sure that all your your bases are covered, there is obviously a benefit of having one solid foundation that you can kind of always fall back on or, you know, know that you've got that in your back pocket. But, you know, then there's people like you, you're just Yeah, it's awesome. It's really cool to see the sport and the women in the sport to evolve.

Unknown Speaker 32:37
Mm hmm. Yeah, it's been so much fun. And I'm just excited to see you know, what's next. And like we talked about earlier, I'm just kind of open to whatever. And I'll just stay working hard until.

Unknown Speaker 32:53
So I got to ask, what, where and when did you live in an ambulance? Let's let's get let's get out that other way. Because what a fun interesting fact. But I'm like, Oh, is it a fun time story? Is it not a fun time story?

Unknown Speaker 33:05
Well, right before so. Okay, so I'll back up a little bit. I found out that people lived in bands around like COVID time. And for from that point, and then three years before, so probably three years total. I was in a super toxic relationship with a married guy. The wife didn't know about it, and it was just a super shitty situation, couldn't get out of it tried to leave multiple times to get out of it multiple times. You know, because of a bunch of different factors. It was just really hard. So as soon as I found out, you know, it was already debating, like moving across the country to get away from that situation. Because really running away seemed to be the only viable option at that point. And so in the middle of trying to figure out where I wanted to be, you know, I hadn't seen a lot of the world so I didn't really know where I wanted to go. And then I started seeing people lived in their cars lived in these like converted vans, you know, already knew about Arby's and stuff. But I thought that the vans themselves were really cool, because, you know, it looked like an everyday vehicle. But there was like a whole house in there. Yeah. I was all about that. And so I bought my first camper. It was a 98 Volkswagen nice and so Volkswagen used to make these I think 95 to 99 models where it was like kind of like a camper RV, okay. Or already kind of like made factory made like that. And so I bought that. Three weeks later, Alan, which is the house I'm at now. I was going down to the coast, he was about four hours away on the Gulf Coast. So I was I drove the camper down. So halfway through my trip. He calls me and he's like, Hey, there's this hurricane coming right now. But I think you're probably fine. Wanna do? I think you're fine. Maybe. Maybe hurricane Otto like and we're very like positive people go. Whoa. Okay. So he was like, whatever you want to do, but you're probably good. Okay, I just having Well, weather got worse. Obviously, it was a pretty rough drive. I got to Biloxi. And then for some reason my maps took me on some weird turns. I still to this day, don't really know how I got so turned around. But I went on this road, and I hit water. And I kept driving with isn't smart, but in my head at the time, I was like, Oh, this is gonna get better. Like, it's just a little water part. And then it's like, we'll get better. No, it got worse. It got deeper. And my car like stalled out or my camper stalled out. And my dog was in nature. So I was like, Oh my God, not only me, this camper that I just got three weeks ago. And my dog. So thankfully, I was able to crank it back, get it go and I got out of the water thankfully took another turn trying to get back to his house. And a power line hit the top of my AC unit. And one of my solar panels just like completely came off. It was like bolted and everything came off. And I went out in the rain just got it for insurance all up and every day it was sad or

Unknown Speaker 37:31
you went out a rain with a downed power line to get your solar panel for insurance. Just had to clarify that fucking dangerous that is. And thank goodness you're still with us fucking crazy. Hannah. Hope you got your insurance money. Okay, sorry, continue.

Unknown Speaker 37:56
So eventually I got there, they were finally able to meet me at like a safe location. They took me back to their house. And the next day I did get it to crank again. I went to go get ice for the cooler that I had for all my food. Because at the time I wasn't I couldn't afford like a fridge in there. So I just kept all my food in a cooler. So I went to go get ice and because of a hurricane, there wasn't ice. So you know, I was driving all around. And then it stopped shifting. It would like when I went and drive when I'm reverse or other gears. So long story short. It got a what's it called? When insurance buys it and it's like like total? Yeah, it just got totaled. Okay. Yeah. So for a while I couldn't afford to buy a car couldn't afford to out I quit my job at that point for various reasons but that's a long story. Anyways, so I didn't have a job and I have a card and have a house and but I wanted to train full time to be a fighter still. So I was really trying to make something work. I was still training full time I was just riding with my friends to the gym or biking around anywhere I needed to go there pretty rough time but it was pretty like a humbling in a way you know it helped me see a lot and appreciate a lot. So I am thankful for that time. Eventually I got to a place where I was able to buy the ambulance. And another hard part about finding those converted vehicles or even partially converted which is what I purchase Um, is it super expensive? So even though it doesn't always cost that much chicken Berta, if a company does it for you, it's like, usually around like 70 grand up to like 150 grand. Oh, wow. And so I did not have the money for that, but the ambulance was pretty cheap. Because it was older. It's a 91 Ford. And so it's real slow like the max is like 85 So people always get mad when I'm driving around. And do my house is slow sorry. I was putting like a note like, I can't go.

Unknown Speaker 40:55

Unknown Speaker 42:01
Yeah, so I flew out to Southern California and got my ambulance and drove it all the way back. So is the first time like I did a cross country road trip like that. And had to get used to the car like while I was driving it are you saying driving it so that was fun. But it had you know, it was pretty much livable even though it was partially converted. It was livable right away. The only things that didn't have is like a fridge that was already connected to the power. But I had like outlets, I had everything that I needed. So you know I have a bed and there fan all that stuff. So

Unknown Speaker 42:47
how long did you live in the ambulance before you went on the Ultimate Fighter? And now where is the ambulance? I still live in there.

Unknown Speaker 42:56
So currently, it's at a conversion place. So I got the ambulance around October of last year. So I've had it on and I've been living in it since October. I took it to a conversion place because I was having issues doing a lot of that stuff on my own. You know, and I'm a full time fighter a lot of time

Unknown Speaker 43:23
and you're not a goddamn fucking mechanic slash carpenter.

Unknown Speaker 43:29
So, yeah. Yeah, I was trying to get some help from a place in Birmingham. That does that and they were just asking like a crazy amount of money to like help me with simple should be simple for them. It wasn't simple for me but anyways, it was just a crazy amount of money so that's not working out. However, they did lose my keys, so I still don't have

Unknown Speaker 43:56
oh, oh, wait, so you took it in just to get a simple you know, kind of like estimate.

Unknown Speaker 44:03
Yeah, and then they lost my keys. I'm waiting on that and it's just a shit show. You

Unknown Speaker 44:09
like it like a total transitional time in your life right now like the fucking the world is your oyster or the wind where's the wind gonna take you at the moment kind of situation is what I'm getting.

Unknown Speaker 44:22
Yeah, it's been that way. That's a little bit before the ultimate fight or just me trying to figure out where I want to be trying to get my whole amulets situation figured out. We shouldn't figure it out.

Unknown Speaker 44:36
So I feel like if you're in this transitional period, a relationship with someone else is probably the last fucking thing if we're trying to basically get our you know, our basic needs met, you know, so I feel like an asshole asking you this but like, so. Are you seeing anyone? I do ask everyone. So what's your dating status? And how do you identify sexually as well?

Unknown Speaker 45:03
Um, yeah, so I identify as bi, um, I've never, like seriously dated a girl. But I've been involved, you know, with women and guys, and I love them all. And so my last relationship which I still kind of consider us involved, although we have taken it a lot more casual is Eric longer which he was featured on the show. But he is in a open kind of marriage with his wife are themselves polyamorous. So they both date other people. And they can choose to bring it in, like, integrate it with each other or like not, you know, they can have their own private lives if they want. And, you know, I always got along with Eric, and his kids and his wife. So, I stayed there and Missouri for a couple months, and just kind of hung out with them and just had a great time. And it was really good for like, the healing stages of like, my toxic relationship. You know, it sounds kind of fucked up. But in a way, it was like, a little familiar because of being in a situation like that. But it was like a healthier version.

Unknown Speaker 46:36
So no more in an honest and open version.

Unknown Speaker 46:40
Bakley Yeah. And, though an open and honest person, so for me to have been, you know, that other like, terrible situation. You know, it would be hard on anyone, but I feel like especially me who like, loves sharing details about my life to most people. I'm trying to be better about that and feel smarter about not like, sharing everything with everyone. I am just open preaching to the choir girl over here. I'm over here with my sex podcast, like, let's talk. It's okay. Leslie is just been really healing and they have always been a super positive influence in my life. So can I ask for no other?

Unknown Speaker 47:27
Sorry. You know, I I'm still getting the terminology down. And I do understand like the concept of polyamorous, but wondering like, would you consider yourself polyamorous since you know? Or? Or do you have to be like, in or in another committed relationship seeing someone else? Like, you know, could you help? Like, kind of clarify the terminology a little bit?

Unknown Speaker 47:50
Yeah, so, um, there's a lot of different forms of polyamory. You know, I don't like to label myself and I know, like, in different stages, you may feel differently. At one point in my life, I thought, I wanted to get married and have kids like immediately, I started doing MMA and found out I didn't want to have kids anytime soon.

Unknown Speaker 48:21
You know, I think a lot of this, you know, just stems back to that toxic relationship of me not wanting to get tied down in any, any way. And so polyamory is like a cool way of doing that where I can like, yeah, you know, if you're begging people, like, Hey, I don't, I'm dating other people. Are you cool with that? Like, that's kind of my mentality right now. You know, like, if it's fun, I'll date them, but it's not gonna be super serious, most likely, just because the time I have and, you know, with traveling and the things I want to do, I'm probably not committed to just one person. So you know, it's like, finding it right. Yeah.

Unknown Speaker 49:05
But, you know, I'm so glad I asked you because just like you said, it's like, everybody kind of has like these labels, but I think that there's a different definition to each person, right? You know, like, and all you gotta do is just be really clear with who you're seeing about what you want, like the open and honest communication, like I see it as pretty simple. But, you know, I feel like statistically it probably doesn't work too often because people are in their emotions and society and brainwashed and what we think is okay, and not okay. And it fascinates me because obviously I have a podcast about love and relationships and connections and, you know, humans backgrounds and how we get to be the crazy Alpha fighters that we are today, you know, so there's it looks, it sounds like there's a lot of positives to that for you. polyamory it does it. I mean, I'm sure it does, but does it pose any downfalls And if so, in your opinion, what are they?

Unknown Speaker 50:04
I would think the only downfall is if like, I found someone else that I really liked, you know, it's already hard to balance communicating with Eric at times, much less, my friends, my family, so it's more just like adding another person to that, like trying to balance time

Unknown Speaker 50:25
management. I got time for all of you guys.

Unknown Speaker 50:29
Yeah, so that's like the main downfall, at least for me, I'm sure for other people, you know, jealousy would be an issue or things like that. You know, some people will go into polyamory trying to fix their jealousy issues, you know, because forces you into that were like, you know, because I think, at least for me, too, it's really helped as far as like me feeling. It's helped me with jealousy issues, actually. Really,

Unknown Speaker 50:59
because my next question was automatically going to be how because you said, you know, the downfalls are time management, adding in something else to our already busy schedules, which girl I feel you. But I'm like, obviously, there's some, some good things and, but my thing I'm like, I always just I'm like, what, like me, me, I put myself in your shoes. And I'm like, okay, automatically, like the thought of another woman with my guy. I'm just like, mine, you know? And I'm like, my question is, how did you get to be so carefree about it? You're Not You don't seem jealous? You know? You can't be right. If you want to be in a happy polyamorous relationship.

Unknown Speaker 51:37
Yeah, I mean, there's definitely times you know, us as humans, like, it's just naturally going to happen. But just like, anything, I think working on something, if you want it to get better working on it, and being intentional is important. Because I'm not less like when I'm in relationships at times, or, you know, used to be more so. But I would get that with friends. And I feel like that's kind of unhealthy in a way. Yeah, like if my friends would like spend more time with

Unknown Speaker 52:12
no, no, no, no, no. Okay, so don't feel bad because I have a I had a friend who was very much like this, and it weirded me out. And like, my simple brain, like, just was like,

Unknown Speaker 52:25
Are you a lesbian? Like, she was like, no, no, but like, she would legitimately get

Unknown Speaker 52:30
jealous. Like, oh, like I saw, you're hanging out with her? And I'm like, yeah, like, like, she was like a girlfriend or something. But so you're not the only person that gets friend jealous. It's a thing for sure.

Unknown Speaker 52:42
And I think it's also like, FOMO, like, Oh, I'm missing out on something you're doing together. Like I'm not apart. Oh, really helped me with that, like, Oh, it's okay for them to have their time. Or just like, you know, when I was more seriously dating Eric, you know, you know, when Eric and Jack needed their time, like, okay, like, I'm learning how to, like, see the positives in that and not be, like, jealous or like, see it in a negative way. Because it's really not, like, if I wanted this specific person, I would want someone to be that way towards me. So being able to view it in that way, I think has been really useful. Like I said, not only relationships, but you know, my friendships and just relationships in general. All kinds,

Unknown Speaker 53:29
that's awesome. I do feel like you know, when you think about it, I'm like, Okay, since you have the, I want to say like willpower, I don't know the strength to actually, you know, be intellectual about it and not just feed off your emotions because I think that's what most people do, right? They feel that jealousy and then they just run with it. Instead of recognize that it's jealousy that there's no reason you need to be jealous and then like, kind of like just be like on a higher level and you don't need me and like so it's really good that you can actually turn it into a positive like a learning experience. And it probably does teach you things like you know, I don't know like patience and obviously if you weren't the best at sharing before now you but whatever it is.

Unknown Speaker 54:15
That's yeah, you know, you know, because sometimes I think we like own that other person in some way you know, and that's not the case you know, they need their own life and their own relationships and whatever's and it's just that's how it's really been beneficial for me for sure.

Unknown Speaker 54:33
No, I have a question that's like a logistics question. It's gonna sound so pervy, but I'm like, I'm just like trying to so when you say polyamorous relationship net does that mean that the man in the relationship or whatever you know, I guess it could be two girls and a guy whatever. Which I don't want to say his name because normally we don't say names on here but you just like throw it out there and I was like, okay. But like, does that mean that you You are sexual with him and her or just him. I'm super forward question

Unknown Speaker 55:14
but yeah, it can be whatever we want it to be.

Unknown Speaker 55:19
God. Okay, got it. And I know like I said before each relationship is different and doesn't mean that like these are the set rules for a polyamorous relationship. Everyone is different.

Unknown Speaker 55:31
Everyone does it. For

Unknown Speaker 55:33
sure. So if that if you're if you're still involved with them or him in some capacity, does that mean that you're not actively searching for another partner? Because I always want to say like, you're Are you kind of single though

Unknown Speaker 55:52
I would consider myself more. I mean, I am in a polyamorous relationship. So that means I am open to dating other people, okay. I'm best at meeting new people. And especially with my schedule, like right now, I'm pretty much training four hours in the morning, and then three hours at night. That's most of my day gone.

Unknown Speaker 56:15
So for sure. Damn, I'm

Unknown Speaker 56:18
really not meeting like outside people. I'm definitely open to it needs as we go, so

Unknown Speaker 56:34
have you done the online dating apps? You know, because I mean, I know you are busy with everything.

Unknown Speaker 56:39
Yeah, I have Bumble that I used a little bit while I was traveling, but didn't really have success, like meeting up with anyone. I like thought about it too late in the day, and I was trying to like make plans just or plan.

Unknown Speaker 56:55
Is that is that your struggle on the dating apps just kind of being like, you know, like, last minute like, what a meet up now? No, darn. I've tried.

Unknown Speaker 57:03
Yeah, I feel because just to make sure a serial killer, but at the same time, I don't want to, like get to know you through text. Let's meet. Ya know,

Unknown Speaker 57:17
I used to do this thing with my friend. She was on the dating apps. And I wasn't, but like, I thought it was so fun. Like that first interaction. And she was just like, an awkward turtle. She'd be like, I don't know what to say. And I'd be like, Give me that. Like, and and I would always tell her I'm like, dude, just make sure he's not a serial killer as much as you can, you know, and then just set up a first date because you could waste time getting to know someone's virtual personality. I'm not into your fucking your your your Metaverse personality, I want to know you in real life, you know?

Unknown Speaker 57:51
Definitely. Yeah. So I'm not a huge fan. And honestly, it's like, super last resort type thing for me, but

Unknown Speaker 57:58
has has been on the Ultimate Fighter or the bare knuckle FC stage, or Bellator. Like, you know, ever since you started fighting has your love life. Or I guess the people that you attracted, you know, are you attract romantically? Like, has that changed at all you got any fanboys or anything like that going on?

Unknown Speaker 58:20
I mean, definitely, as soon as the Bellator fight was announced, I had a ton I do pretty much hasn't stopped since then. I mean, it's not like, for crazy, it gets crazy when I have fights coming up. But unfortunately, most of the time I've been fighting is when I was involved in the pretty, you know, toxic situation I was in so, um, you know, he would even though like I was trying to get out of the race chip didn't want to be in it. You know, when I was like, fuck other people, I would tell him, I'm pretty open or try to be and he would get mad and like, he was super hot headed and would like throw stuff and like, it was just really bad. So most of the time I try to avoid over here so you can hear most of the time I tried to avoid those situations unless I just thought it would be really worth it. Unless it was somebody I really liked. So yeah, he definitely kept me like tie down which is fucked up because he was married. And he wasn't like allowing me to like, do my own thing and I just had a really hard time like getting out of that, you know, situation. So it really kept me from dating and thing to see for a long time. So ever since I've been out I've just really just been trying to figure out like, how to date again and how to Like, be involved with people like,

Unknown Speaker 1:00:04
well, you know, this sounds the toxic relationship, you know, I don't, I don't want to make you relive anything. And I want to like, definitely turn this into more of a positive podcast. So my, my one question I will ask is, you know, everything's said and done. You know, if there was somebody who's listening to this kind of going through a similar situation, what kind of advice could you give him or her

Unknown Speaker 1:00:31
just run away, right away. Because I'm like, and you'll figure that shit out, because like, I was not financially prepared. I was not in any way really prepared, not mentally, whatever. And I just finally had enough. And I was like, finally, you know, because not only that, like, I'd been having had enough or whatever, but like, it was more like, urge to do it. So like, I finally just grew some balls and like, just left. So I would just say, like, just run away. Like, even if you don't have all your ducks in a row. Like, it's way better to just get out and figure it out later. Yeah. You know, I was like, way happier. Riding my bike around town. Not having a car or a house that I was having everything. Yeah. Being involved in that relationship. Yeah,

Unknown Speaker 1:01:37
sometimes. Sometimes. It's like people who, sorry, go ahead. I was just gonna say it. Sometimes. It's like people who are kind of like, they're waiting for the perfect moment to take a fight. But you and I both know, there's no fucking perfect time, you're never going to feel ready. You just gotta go. You're gonna, you're always gonna be scared. You just gotta go. You just gotta leave. Oh, well, I'm really fucking happy you got out of that situation. And to me, it sounds like it's a bright fucking future and a big world out there. And you're young and beautiful. And your whole career is ahead of you. And I'm super stoked for you. You know, you sound like a, like you said, just trying to live positive vibes. You're down to living happy lives, you know. And, you know, I'm excited to see what the future holds. I wish you had a fight lined up so I could talk about it and, you know, cheer you on, but I'm sure you're gonna get one lined up soon.

Unknown Speaker 1:02:23
I talked to some people today, and I think I'm gonna have some news coming soon. So if you're watching this, I know you're probably gonna say at the end, but you know, probably most of me all that good stuff.

Unknown Speaker 1:02:37
I definitely will. I definitely will. Well, you know, one thing that I do want to segue into, before we get into a little bit of a sex talk is, you know, I asked everyone on the show, do you have opinion on abstaining from sex before the fight? Is it good? Is it bad? Do you not give two fucks? What is it?

Unknown Speaker 1:02:54
Um, so I think it's very, um, if nothing else, like, because sometimes you're just like, I'm like, you can't think about anything. You know?

Unknown Speaker 1:03:11
Please and

Unknown Speaker 1:03:12
so I think it's super important. And I'm all about it like before fi you know, and like, if you're cutting weight, like it's a great way to get rid of some fluids too.

Unknown Speaker 1:03:31
Yeah, I It's funny, you know, in theory, it's like I'll just like I'll cut weight by being on top but you and I both know, I'm like, Dude, the energy that it takes to be on top of like, I don't have that kind of energy when I'm cutting Wait. No way. Do you have I think you might be cutting out a little bit because you're might be going too far from the house but I'm not sure why we got a little bit of a lag here. If you can hear me I just wanted to ask Do you have a favorite like quickie story or like wild is pleased you've ever hooked up?

Unknown Speaker 1:04:05
Um I would say I'm not going to give too many details. But probably the craziest was I was hanging out with my friends in this room and then me and this guy he like just like put his dick in me and all around but no one had any idea and I was just cool beats or whatever. Um,

Unknown Speaker 1:04:40
but yeah, that was that is that's why how many people I mean, obviously there's there's like blankets and stuff down but like how many people were actually in the room?

Unknown Speaker 1:04:49
Probably like three other people

Unknown Speaker 1:04:56
that's crazy. That is crazy. Like, no one knows this. You

Unknown Speaker 1:05:04
just you and me, no one else knows. Yeah. And now the whole fucking world. So I always ask this question as well, you we talked about Alpha females, clearly you are I am, is the bedroom, a place where you feel like you can actually be a little bit more submissive because it's like all day like, you know, alpha female.

Unknown Speaker 1:05:26
Yeah, um, honestly, most of the time, I am pretty submissive. Um, but I have had a couple instances where a guy asked me to be dominant. And I did make me feel pretty powerful, and I liked it. Um, but I think being you know, an alpha all the time, it is nice to like, be submissive. And that way, you know, when it comes to the bedroom, so for sure, I like, definitely prefer submissive,

Unknown Speaker 1:05:56
okay. And that's, you know, that's what I kind of like to ask too, it's like, you are an alpha female. So sometimes I assume that you may want to be with another like, dominant, male or female. Or, you know, maybe you want to actually find someone who's, you know, I don't know, it's just like a different for everyone. So do you have like a type of person that you normally go after, like, aesthetically, and then also, personality wise, like characteristics?

Unknown Speaker 1:06:25
I'm definitely more of a personality person. Because when I look back and see like, the people I've been involved with, or were attracted to, none of them really look alike. But a lot of them have similar personalities. They're pretty much all like, outgoing, and a little louder, and definitely louder and funny. Yeah, I mean, I am a little picky when it comes to certain things. But as far as like someone who can make me laugh, and I can just have a good time with, like, that makes such a big difference for me, and whether someone ate or not, like, that's just the people. And then someone I'm just attracted to, and then I

Unknown Speaker 1:07:18
love that. Yeah, yeah. I always, you know, it's like, I always ask, like, Do you have a tight but like, a lot of people always say, it's like, if you look back, it's not like, all all tall guys, or all dark haired guy, you know, it's like, that's when you know, it's like, you actually truly probably liked the person for who they are. Right? And aren't you seem like more of an introvert kind of quiet person? I don't know. You know, I just just meeting you. But like, do you think that it's nice? Because do you think that because you're an introvert person, you look for the opposite? Like someone who's more outgoing?

Unknown Speaker 1:07:52
Yeah, definitely. I think they bring out a lot out of me most of the time. And if like, you can help me get a conversation going or keep it going, like, that's great. Because then, you know, it does open me up, and I can really be myself more. But I wouldn't even say like, I feel myself when I'm quiet. Like, that's not like what I like to be like, it's just sometimes it just takes me a while to open up and get comfortable. Yeah. And that's not necessarily something I like about myself. I wish I was more outgoing. So I think that's another reason I find that attractive. It's because like, it's something I want and myself.

Unknown Speaker 1:08:35
Yeah, yeah. And usually, they say it's like, you surround yourself, you know, not so bad. I always like try to save quotes and, and the listeners are like, God actually is fucking Shut up again. But it's like something like surround yourself with the five people. You are the sum of the five people you surround yourself with, or some shit like someone else out there, like no, it's not that actually. Goddamnit but um, you know, yeah, so it's like, if you want to be more outgoing, you know? Yeah, surround yourself with friends and partners and people who are going, that's awesome. What's your perfect date? I was doing some Instagram stalking, and you seem outdoorsy, you seem real down to earth. I love it. Like I'm picturing some hiking I don't know. What's your favorite like date?

Unknown Speaker 1:09:22
Yeah, I love just adventures. Um, it doesn't always have to be Yeah, hi. You know I love like doing random shit like rock climbing or going scuba diving or whatever. All about any of that. I don't expect any of that on a first date. But I'm just saying as far as like a date that would be super awesome.

Unknown Speaker 1:09:47
Perfect day just perfect day you know?

Unknown Speaker 1:09:50
And yeah, something like that. You know all about adventure, you know, especially if they can be creative and like, kind of make it their own like calm Like Oh,

Unknown Speaker 1:10:00
all right, yeah perfect food on the date

Unknown Speaker 1:10:04
um, I think it would depend on what we're doing good.

Unknown Speaker 1:10:08
Yeah good point you can't he can't be eating like bean burritos and then like gymnastics

Unknown Speaker 1:10:18
would definitely be for like Italian or like, just American like burgers whatever like I love to eat picky like I love pretty much every genre of food

Unknown Speaker 1:10:35
and does the end ended the day end with the bedroom or no?

Unknown Speaker 1:10:41
Depends on how I go.

Unknown Speaker 1:10:43

Unknown Speaker 1:13:12
I like Giuliana Miller's episode and a few other people just that I knew just and I knew that was coming up. So I was trying to remember like when

Unknown Speaker 1:13:28
you're lucky because some people are not prepared for the question of but stuff and they're like, what? And then I'm like, Don't make me say it again to have it.

Unknown Speaker 1:13:38
A normal Yeah, no, but maybe not.

Unknown Speaker 1:13:41
It is normal. It depends on how you live your life. Right? Well, the next two segments are going to be a game of Fuck, Marry kill and fan questions. You ready to play? Fuck marry kill marry one kill one go. I think we're done. We're done. We're done. Yeah. Okay, so thank you to the homies. Dan impact Kenny, like always, this edition is called the couples edition because of what we talked about. So normally, I would give you one name, but now I'm going to give you couples so for Fuck, Marry, Kill. When I say fuck, which couple you would fuck? Which couple you would marry in which couple you would kill. Now I'm pretty sure you can't marry a couple but we'll just play along here. So you get to choose from Travis Barker and the Kardashian chick. Oh my god. I just wrote down Kardashian chick. Which one is

Unknown Speaker 1:14:40
he's? Oh, um,

Unknown Speaker 1:14:43

Unknown Speaker 1:15:01
Okay, so the last one Mary Kay Kardashian. What was the second one again?

Unknown Speaker 1:15:11
The second one was Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox

Unknown Speaker 1:15:15

Unknown Speaker 1:15:19
Travis Barker. Yeah, for the win. Good I concur. Okay, so before we switch over to the UFC fight pass platform and ask you some fan questions from your real fans. I want to ask you two things. One can you tell us all your socials you don't have a fight coming up but yeah, work we can find you and all your short socials will say that three times fast and then as well as who you would like to hear next on sex and violence with rebel girl.

Unknown Speaker 1:15:52
Whoo. Okay. So, okay, what was your first question? Because then I started thinking,

Unknown Speaker 1:15:59
it's okay. Social media is where can we find you and support you in any way?

Unknown Speaker 1:16:03
Okay, so Hannah guy MMA on Instagram. I think it's just Hannah guy on Facebook. Hannah guy, MMA official on Tik Tok. And then I do have an only fans and my bio on Instagram and I think on my bio on Tik Tok, too. So you can find that if you want some sexy content, yep. And then I'm sponsored by hex. So I do want to throw that in there. By the way, it's a cryptocurrency and it gains interest as you have it. So I know kinda like the Kryptos like going back and fourth right now with everything happening. But it kind of acts like a CD. So it's a little different games interest. Why you

Unknown Speaker 1:16:58
never heard of that. That's cool. Yeah, it is.

Unknown Speaker 1:17:00
Yes. So that's in my bio, too. Um, and then as far as someone that would want to see on your podcast next probably Alan Alan would do great.

Unknown Speaker 1:17:15
Okay. Yeah. All right. I will have him on the show now. He's got a shining recommendation from You are awesome. Yeah, let's finish off the show with some questions you ready?

Unknown Speaker 1:17:58
Alright, guys, that's it for episode 110. With flyweight Hannah, guy, she was so fun and so sweet. Definitely one of those episodes that make me feel old but in the best way possible. You know, like, seeing the younger female generation and now I'm one of the old bitches. Like, it is cool, it kind of sucks but it is definitely cool. And I'm just so happy the sports growing I remember in high school, going out and recruiting females to be on my high school wrestling team because I just I wanted what Hannah got to experience in the Ultimate Fighter house. I wanted to see what it was like to be around a bunch of other women that were into the same things and just as aggressive and crazy and you know and like minded. So it's amazing that she got to experience that with the Ultimate Fighter and and I just love it, you know on the show because I get to do that on a very small scale.
