UFC fight pass.com violence Hey guys, welcome back to sex and violence with rebel girl presented by UFC fight pass the show that interviews top level MMA fighters and other experts in their fields about love, dating, romance, and that all too taboo subject sex. I'm your host, Ashley, rebel girl Evans-Smith. Now let's talk about sex and violence. What's happening hot stuff? What is up on my naughty listeners? Okay, we're back with another episode. Very, very excited for this guest. But before that, let me tell you what the heck is going on with your girl. So let's see last week. didn't really do too much this week. Right now, I'll tell you guys, I am hurting. And for all the ladies listening, most of you understand what I'm talking about. But for men. Listen up if you don't know what the fuck and IUD is, this is a sex podcast so I can talk about what's going on with my ovaries and all that. Ladies, man, men just have it's so fucking easy to slap on a condom. And that's about it. US got to get literally a piece of metal shoved up your hoo ha. And then there's all these other ones with a piece of metal you stick in your arm, there's a diaphragm, there's a pill, there's a shot down. But, you know, if you're not trying to have babies, you gotta have it. So anyway, I'm just a little cranky thinking about how you guys just get away with so much. And we just have to do so much to our bodies. But But yeah, so I'm a little Hertie and yeah, I just had to do that this morning. And it's uh, I'm feeling a little off right now. So another thing that happened fuck talk about a week of let downs. You know for you consistent listeners who know what the fuck is going on with my life not just tuning in for the guest. You know that I'm suspended unfortunately. And Osada. Basically honey dict. me last week. If you don't know what honey dict is. So how would you describe honey? Dick
Unknown Speaker 3:03
switcheroo
Unknown Speaker 3:05
is kind of like okay, this is how I was explained honey Dick when a girl's like, this is just a neg one example. But a girl's like, Yeah, let's have let's have sex. And then last minute, she's like psych, you know, like, like honey dicta? You're like, yeah, yeah, I'll show you that sugar ticket. Okay, well, like I got sugar dick. So I get a call. I get this call last week from actually was a couple of weeks ago. And I absolutely love fighting for the UFC. And I love the people that work for the UFC, especially people like Donna McCauley and Jeff Novitzky, who are literally the advocates for the athletes. A lot of people who don't understand the way that the UFC and who Sada, how they're run separately, they just think that the UFC is out to get the athletes and that's not the case, the UFC, obviously wants no cheaters, but they do understand that not every fucking case is black and white, and that they're, you know, shit happens. So Donna and Jeff have been advocating for me to get a reduced sentence because of all the different stipulations with my case, it's not just black and white. Like I said, nobody's ever is but anyway, Bobby green just got his release for the exact same supplement D H, E. A, and he got a significantly reduced sentence because of his situation. Donna and Jeff were like, Yeah, we're working really hard working hard. So I didn't want to get my little hopes up, but I did. I got my fucking hopes up. I was really thinking I was gonna get a reduction. But they gave me a call. They basically said that. No vindication for me. They do this thing called a flagger. Okay, just so you guys know, I'm actually bringing Donna and Jeff on the podcast. So whatever I say right now is gonna be super layman terms, but I'm bringing them on. No, I'm not gonna ask them about their sex lives. I'll just do a A quick little segment in the beginning of the podcast just like this, where I basically interview them and they talk about the situation with my suspension, as well as Jessica Penney and Bobby Green who were also suspended for the exact same supplement available on your shelves at Walmart. Careful, careful, guys. Anyway, um, so that's coming up and I my sentence is not going to be reduced. So just keeping you guys in the loop looking like I'm gonna fight still after March 3 After my suspension. I've got some really cool news. Also, you guys know if you've been listening that I'm a huge believer in stem cells, this spinal surgery, recovery has been a motherfucker like I, you know, people will have surgeries all the time they come back, that's great. I came back, I'm trying to come back but I have something called residual pain and with nerve damage and my vertebrae and all that it's very hard to pinpoint where it's coming from. So the stem cells in addition to functional patterns, massage acupuncture, goddamn, I've done everything. But really, the stem cells were the things that the thing that gave me the most relief, and I'm actually going to Columbia in late January to work with bio accelerator, and I'm very excited about this situation. I'll be telling you guys more as everything progresses. They have some wonderful people that work there. They've gone above and beyond and I haven't even gotten to Colombia. Yeah, they've hooked me up with a nutritionist. I am now working on my gut health to make my body more.
Unknown Speaker 6:38
Okay, layman's term again, but just like more fertile are susceptible for absorbing the stem cells, sounds wack. But basically, gut health is super important. So I'm like preparing my body for you know, the trip to Colombia and the more stem cells that I'm getting and all that, so, really looking forward. It's been a long process two years plus now, but when I come back, guys, you fucking better believe that. It's gonna be worth it. I won't be boring, I promise. on a happier note. October 21 is right around the corner and I'll be doing a live tattoo session. I'm not tattooing. I'm getting tattooed by the amazing and world famous my favorite tattoo artists. Ryan Jenkins. You can check him out at Ryan Jenkins tattoo on Instagram. I'll actually put a link in the show notes. He works at a seven tattoo in Las Vegas. He's coming to do a guest spot which is pretty cool. I guess tattoo artists just travel and guest tattoo at different shops which sounds like a dope job. In that studio here in Orange County is called stay sacred studios. I guess it's brand spanking new in San Clemente. So that's where we're doing it and you can just tune in on Instagram Live as well as YouTube either my YouTube or his YouTube not sure yet. I'll get you guys those details. But say the date October 21. If you're in a tattoos and you're in a me and you're into voyeurism I don't know. Check it out. And lastly, Halloween is coming up. I'm very, very, very excited. I told you guys I didn't have plans. Well, fuck now I got too many plans. I can't figure out what to do. So the boyfriend and I decided we're going to be Mickey and Mallory Knox from Natural Born Killers. We already got our costumes pretty cool, not the scene if you're familiar with the movie, not the beginning scene where they're in the diner and they're like shooting it up. He's in all white with blood on his outfit. Not that one that was gonna be one but we're actually doing the one where forget the scene. They Oh, they take like peyote with the Indian in the teepee and he kills them and all that and you know, Mickey's wearing like a mesh, a mesh tank top and a leather jacket. Mallory's wearing like burgundy little top it's gonna be fun. It's gonna be fun and then I don't really know what we're doing for Halloween we're probably gonna go to suicidal tendencies are going to Hollywood for some shenanigans and definitely catching Lucha vavoom I am a huge fan of them. The absolute of of whom it is if you don't if you're not familiar, live pro wrestling like high flying luchadores from the top ropes just the most entertaining shit you can think of. And then, two seconds later, you got titties and burlesque dancers and like girls climbing up on like metal bars and swallowing sores just absolutely like the most entertaining show you could think of. It's always at the Mayan Theatre in Los Angeles. Check it out Lucha vavoom.com I'm a huge fan of theirs and they always treat me really, really well. They're going to do a Halloween one. I think it's like the 28th so check that out. Guys. I'll probably be at that one as well. A couple reminders before we get to our guest Ashley rebel girl.com. The 32 year old is originally from Cologne, Germany, and and he's currently living in Denver, Colorado where she's training and following her dreams. We talk about needing a calm man. Dating Germans versus Americans. Crazy DM asking for used to toilet paper fancies large black men sex in public sauna, German sex clubs, likes a good dirty talker, pro bondage, tough house masturbating, no outdoor sex bugs and butthole and so much more. Here's your guests Katarina leaner.
Unknown Speaker 15:59
Okay, and here we are Hatha Rena Lena. What a beautiful name. I had a beautiful woman, thank you so much for coming on the show. I'm so excited to have you on. How are you doing today?
Unknown Speaker 16:10
I'm doing great. I had a great day. Slept nine hours. And yeah, perfect Thursday.
Unknown Speaker 16:18
I feel like you've been training your butt off. Because every time I tried to talk to you this week, you're in the gym. You're out of the gym, like two two sessions a day. So let's jump right into it. We'll get to the good stuff later. But let's just talk business and fighting like what do you have going on? Where are you living? Are you signed with an organization right now? I know you're not even in Germany. You're in the States right now. So what's going on with you and fight in the fight life?
Unknown Speaker 16:46
So I moved to Denver this year. I was kind of stuck in Germany because of COVID. And, yeah, then when they finally opened the border, I was like, Okay, I'm 32 years old. I cannot fight till I'm 50. You know, like, I have to go now or never. So I decided to go to Denver. I moved here. I live here now. I'm super happy about my decision. And it took a while to get fights here. Because one time I was injured, then they couldn't find an opponent. So but now finally, I have a fight. I will fight in five weeks. So I'm in cam. Okay. Yes, I have signed with Invicta again. So you made the contract? Yes. So it's gonna be a very, very good fight. Congrats, girl. Congrats.
Unknown Speaker 17:37
Amazing. Okay, so can you tell us who you're fighting?
Unknown Speaker 17:42
Not yet. Okay.
Unknown Speaker 17:43
All right. All right.
Unknown Speaker 17:44
It's a really it's a really it's gonna be like a really good fight. Yeah, yeah.
Unknown Speaker 17:48
How do you feel about the matchup? And I mean, okay, I feel bad. Your last fight? Normally I have it right in front of me. But how long has it been since your last fight?
Unknown Speaker 17:58
My last fight was for Bellator in October 20. So for two years, right?
Unknown Speaker 18:03
Yeah. Okay, so how are you feeling about this opponent and how are you feeling about the layoff?
Unknown Speaker 18:10
Um, so she was the one I wanted to fight. So that was perfect. She was the first we asked, like, she said, Yes. And I'm super happy about that side. It's a really good opportunity. For me, I can say it's a UFC veteran. She fought for the UFC, so it's gonna be a really good fight. I think the matchup was perfect for me. Yeah, I'm just excited. I mean, it's been two years, you know, like, and it's not like, I haven't trained I wasn't camp like four times and no fights happened. And no, finally,
Unknown Speaker 18:41
yeah. Okay. That's awesome. And even though you're not allowed to tell us the name, just saying that it's a UFC veteran, you know, automatically, there's, there'll be more eyeballs on it. So it's a better opportunity for you, right? Like, you want to fight the bigger names and move up. Like, that's one way of doing it. So congrats, and good luck on that. And then as far as living in Denver, are you training at elevation fire team? That's like the first team I think of when I think of Denver? Yes. Okay. All right. Cool. I feel like I'm in the know. All right. How's it training over there is Neil Magny. Still there? And Drew Dober
Unknown Speaker 19:19
yes, they're both there. I actually sparred with Neil on Tuesday. Really? Yeah. Like, yeah, I already did like six rounds, but I wanted to go like one more round just to move. And Neil was such a nice person. He was like, Okay, let's call it Yeah. And he's your trading partner, even though he's, of course, way too tall. Yeah. But he's a really good trading partner and a really good person.
Unknown Speaker 19:44
Oh, yeah. He's one of my favorite people. And yeah, he's just just a super super nice guy always want to see him do well. I know you had a kid like within the last year or something like that. So now he's a new daddy. Congrats, Neil. Alright, so training is going good. You got your PhD. I booked and is there anything else that is like a big switch from moving to from Germany to the states training and fight wise, something that surprised you that's different than training or fighting or even living in Germany.
Unknown Speaker 20:15
So I always thought the training is better here for me, especially as a female, because in Germany, you don't have female training partners. Maybe one. But that's it. So that's a really good thing. Like we have at least four or five girls all the time there. And also, I think, in Germany, the training is still more old school. Like the coaches, they think you have to go super hard three times a day, like five times a week.
Unknown Speaker 20:45
Yeah, no, it's not smart. Yeah, yeah.
Unknown Speaker 20:49
I would call it old school.
Unknown Speaker 20:51
Oh, yeah. Super old school, you know, and then we're smarter now. You know, everyone's smarter than the mixed martial arts community is smarter. We are more informed about a CTE and things like that. We got we got we only have one body. We got to protect it as much as we can. While cage fighting sounds crazy. So true. So you have fought at one point you actually fought for the Invicta FC. Bantamweight title fucking congrats, just to get to that point is huge. And then you were also a contestant on The Ultimate Fighter for the female featherweights. So I'm curious. I fluctuate. I've been all the way from Bantamweight. I mean, so I flyweight bantamweight and featherweight when I started my career, our bodies fluctuate, were women, whatever. But where do you feel your most you know, your strongest like you really excel? Is it Bantamweight? Is it featherweight?
Unknown Speaker 21:44
Um, I kind of like boats, you know, like, I'm strong, or like, both weight classes. I just feel like when I find 145, I can focus on training 100%, because I'm not that stressed out about making weight when I eat what I eat, you know, it's just like, it's super easy cut. To 135 It's a little bit more. I mean, I never worked around more than like, 160. But that's like offseason. But still, every weekend is hard. Yeah, no. Oh, yeah. I think no one
Unknown Speaker 22:23
likes it. No, not at all. Yeah, I, I did my own and you have to play around with your weight classes, to be honest. Because you always I feel like, you can be in one weight class your whole life. But you know, naturally, your mind will wonder like, what if I cut just a little bit more weight? Would I be faster? Would I have an advantage? You know, and, you know, some people do that. And then like myself, and we realized, okay, that's a little too skinny. Because it's sacrificing your speed or your power or whatever it is. And just like you said, sometimes when I'm cutting so much weight, I feel like my mentality my mental focus is just too much on the weaker versus the game plan. Yeah, all that stuff. So are you are you allowed to tell us if it's going to be at bantamweight or featherweight for your next fight?
Unknown Speaker 23:08
Oh, I will fight at 135.
Unknown Speaker 23:09
Okay, okay. Awesome. All right. So besides training, are you doing anything else to I know, you have an only fans, anything else to bring in some other income while you're preparing? Because you have had the two year layoff?
Unknown Speaker 23:23
Um, no. So I do only fans. That's like my main income. But I also have like different web pages for like a German side. It's called for bass, where it's like for the German fans, because they're they can pay with PayPal. Germans don't use credit cards. So only fans is always a little bit. Oh, British people. So I have this page. I do bunch of stuff like this. I have different sides. And but that's it. Yeah, that's actually
Unknown Speaker 23:53
awesome. All right. Well, I, I don't know much about you. Background wise. Let's get into the personal side. Right. So you moved over a couple years ago, from Germany, and let's talk about your status as far as romance. So how do you identify sexually and then are you in a relationship right now? Or are you single?
Unknown Speaker 24:13
So I identify a straight. I only date men, and I'm single.
Unknown Speaker 24:18
Yeah, single. Okay. All right. So are you looking right now? Or is it like, this the time to focus you did mention Hey, I'm 32. I gotta go. Yeah.
Unknown Speaker 24:30
Yeah, so the thing is, I am never looking, but I would never say no, you know what I mean? Like, I feel like, you never know when someone's coming. And you really, really think like, Oh, my God, this person is kind of perfect for me. The time the timing doesn't matter. You know, like, I feel like we always have time to date someone. But it's not like I'm on dating apps right now and go on like 10 dates a week, you know, no, but
Unknown Speaker 24:56
what if a guy asked you out, you know, and you were attracted. You may say you Yes, yeah. All right. All right. So what kind of guy do you tend to look for? Let's be shallow at first, let's talk about aesthetics. What kind of guy big guy small guy buff guy? What kind of guys you like?
Unknown Speaker 25:12
I mean, it's no secret. I'm, I'm into black men, or black guys. I don't know, I don't know what happened years ago, but I always say I'm traumatized by white men.
Unknown Speaker 25:30
All the black men, all the black guys are like, Oh, they're listening. They just turn the volume up. They're like, Okay, I'm paying more attention.
Unknown Speaker 25:41
Yeah, I like black man. I mean, just like this. I like, of course, a guy who was a little bit taller than me. I like athletes. No fighters, but just like, a little bit into sports, you know? And,
Unknown Speaker 25:56
yeah, have you? Have you dated a fighter before? And maybe you had a bad experience? And so you said no more.
Unknown Speaker 26:02
I mean, it's not like I would not date a fighter, but it's not like super important. You know, I know, people were like, oh, I want to date a fighter because he knows what I'm doing. But I feel like it's, it's not important. I dated fighters before. Yeah. And it worked out. But also, sometimes I think it's cool to have someone at home, who doesn't talk about fighting all day, you know, because you spent like, your day at the gym, and like with nutrition and stuff, and then talk about it when you come home is like exhausted, of course,
Unknown Speaker 26:33
of course. And literally, that's one of the two thought processes that we get, right? It's like, I need someone who understands, or I need someone who just doesn't want to constantly talk about MMA and watch the fights and break down my fights and go to training with me and talk about my diet like God. It's actually so nice. I think when your partner has their own life, they may understand what you do, but they're not all up in your grill all the time. Right?
Unknown Speaker 27:01
Whatever percent. I mean, I would not want to date a guy who's like smoking cigarettes all day long. And like, you know, ordering Domino's Pizza every day, because I mean, that might be a distraction. And it's like a different life. Yeah, you know. But yeah, it definitely doesn't have to be a fight.
Unknown Speaker 27:22
Okay, so basically, hopefully his morals you know, it's not not smoking and diet and all that are aligned with yours. What other kind
Unknown Speaker 27:31
of someone? Yeah, someone who likes to live a healthy lifestyle. Yeah.
Unknown Speaker 27:36
Okay. Okay. Yeah. And then what are some other characteristics that you tend to look for? Are you kind of like into the funny guy the bad boy, what kind of guys
Unknown Speaker 27:45
I actually like super calm guys. Because I'm, I think because maybe I'm so bubbly and like, extrovert and like, you know, I always like, go for the calm guys. Yeah.
Unknown Speaker 27:59
Have you dated someone that was not calm? And that maybe was like, Alright, now I know. I need someone to can kind of level me out a little bit.
Unknown Speaker 28:11
Um, I dated someone where I was after I'm like, damn, this dude always had to be the center of attention.
Unknown Speaker 28:20
We all know that guy. We know that guy. Or girl we know guys and girls like that.
Unknown Speaker 28:25
Yeah, and I really didn't like it. Like, Oh, of course, I was a little bit blind. I was loved, you know? That kind of behave. I'm like, super turned off like little thank you.
Unknown Speaker 28:37
Okay. Okay, so more mellow guy, maybe a little more down to earth? Not so full of himself. Yeah. And you said you didn't do the dating apps? Like why not? I, I'm in a relationship. But every time I hear a guy or girl say that I'm like, it just seems so. Well, first of all scary, but also like convenient. You know, just swipe left swipe right, whatever.
Unknown Speaker 28:59
Um, I mean, I did, and I still have an account on hinge. But it's just like, right now. I feel like I don't have the time to talk to someone too much, you know. But, yeah, it's funny. Like most of the guys I go on dates hit me up on Instagram. Yeah,
Unknown Speaker 29:18
I mean, that's how my boyfriend he slid into my DMs and then I yeah, it works. Instagram can
Unknown Speaker 29:28
be a dating. If anyone here said shoot your shots and I might answer
Unknown Speaker 29:33
Yeah, I just asked Giuliana Miller if she would ever date a fan. And, you know, I think a lot of people were surprised by her answer, but But why not? You know if it's the right kind of guy and he just appreciates the fuck out of you and thinks that what you do is very cool and badass. Like, I can see someone you know a fighter giving it giving a fan a chance because just because yeah, just because they're a fan doesn't mean mean they're like, creepy, like, have all your pictures on the wall with a shrine?
Unknown Speaker 30:04
He's probably better like, as you in something else, you know, he just likes the sport, you know? Sure. For sure. So, probably a funny question, but
Unknown Speaker 30:14
do you see a major difference or any differences in German boys versus American boys that you've dated?
Unknown Speaker 30:22
So it's a very, very long time ago. I did like a German guy.
Unknown Speaker 30:27
Oh, okay.
Unknown Speaker 30:29
Yeah, I did it in Germany, also Americans, and because we have the military there, we have a lot of improvement over there. But I also dated Germans and I, what I figured is like, German guys are way slower than Americans, because I feel like all Americans I need are like divorced or been married and already have kids. You know, like, it's different. I feel like they're dating for six months, and then the girl becomes pregnant, and then they're weary. And in Germany, for example, my German friends, I think 90% of them don't even have a partner. And no kids. Really? Yeah, like, it's way Germans are way older before they get pregnant or like married than in America.
Unknown Speaker 31:22
I love that. I love that so much. Because as you know, and everybody who's in their 30s, or 40s, or even 50s the brain and the mentality that you have when you're a teenager or early 20s You're like, oh my god, I'm just, I'm not even developed as a fucking human. Like, I'm still just Oh, my baby. Yeah, I
Unknown Speaker 31:42
mean, I'm 32 When I think about it, like having a kid now. I'm like, Oh, my God, I'm a kid, you know? Yeah. Give me like, 10 more years, maybe then. But yeah, I know what you mean. Like when or even when I think about it. Oh, my God, what would have happened if I wouldn't marry the guy? I dated when I was 22. You know,
Unknown Speaker 32:03
Were you close? Were you close to possibly getting married?
Unknown Speaker 32:07
I had a fiance when I was 22. Actually, yeah.
Unknown Speaker 32:11
How did you get out of that one?
Unknown Speaker 32:15
It's, uh, I just like, I don't know, one day it happened. And I was like, Oh, my God, I cannot date him anymore. Because I love
Unknown Speaker 32:21
him. Yeah, yeah.
Unknown Speaker 32:24

And then somewhere along the way falling out of love and you feel like the piece of shit. And you're like, oh, but you know, and you just just like you can't control who you love. You can't control who you fall out of love with as well. So we are alpha females always talked about this with the ladies. I know my own personal dating experience as a female fighter. But if you had to sum it up in words, what has your dating experience been like as a female fighter? Because you've been Pro for 10 years now? Almost. Yeah, almost 10 years? Yeah. So a decade as a professional female fighter? What's it been like? Ah,
Unknown Speaker 34:15
I feel like a lot of guys are intimidated a little bit. Yeah. And yeah, it makes it harder for us. 100% But I always say when it's like the right man for you, and he's like, in his masculine energy, you know? You're not that alpha. Of course, you might be more Alpha than other females because you're a fighter. But there are men out there who are like really like, Oh, fine, I can look up you know, which is very important to me.
Unknown Speaker 34:47
It's important that your partner is more Alpha even more so than you.
Unknown Speaker 34:52
Yeah, I want to bet I can look up you know, like, yeah, you
Unknown Speaker 34:56
and it takes a big man because you're my size to make us feel like a I know like, I want me to feel like an atom weight and you're like, man, you're gonna be like Francis Zingano to grab you are fucking black beast to just be like 460 pounds? I bet I bet they can. Awesome. Has your has been a female fighter ever been like an issue in a relationship? You know, just a partner who didn't understand what you had to go through as far as cutting weight training and trading with men. You know, there's a lot of things that someone might get butthurt over, if they don't understand.
Unknown Speaker 35:41
Oh, actually, I had a super short relationship when I was like 23, I think with a guy from Chechnya, okay. It was like we met at the wrestling tournament, and I was kind of like, okay. He knows who I am. He knows I'm a fighter, you know, and I trained with men, and it worked out like for maybe three months, and then it's changed. And he was like, I want you to delete your Facebook. I don't want you to go to the gym without me because they're all men. And there's no friendship and training partner, between men and females. And it did work out like, of course.
Unknown Speaker 36:21
Okay, jealousy and insecurity is the biggest fucking turnoff. So let me ask you, what are turn offs to you? Or even deal breakers? You know, you talked about smoking me too gross. Unless it's marijuana. But what are some deal breakers or just utter turn offs for you?
Unknown Speaker 36:39
Yeah, jealousy. People who cannot communicate? I think that's like, really, really bad. Because I told you I'm an open book. You know, you can talk with me about everything. So that's an absolute no go. Um, yeah. The Lying Of course, you know. Not being reliable. Like, Flake? Yeah. Like he's the worst. Yeah, just people beating around the bush. You know, that's something I really hate. Because I'm so upfront and straightforward.
Unknown Speaker 37:16
Yeah. Yeah. I appreciate that, too. You know, I feel like something that I've said, in my dating history in the past, I was like, I just feel like it is a it's better to be completely blunt and honest. Even if the person kind of like, gets their feelings hurt, because then later, you can never, they can never say, Oh, you hid this or you didn't tell me? Or, you know, I didn't understand. I'm like, No, I told you right up front. Like, this is how I feel. This is what I want.
Unknown Speaker 37:43
Yeah.
Unknown Speaker 37:46
In your relationships, have you? Have you struggled with anything that has come up consistently? Right, so like, you know, whether it was something that you were dealing with? Or maybe your partner you know, like, did you ever deal with a lot of like, infidelity? Or? Was there something that you noticed that maybe like you started doing when you were in a relationship that you didn't like about yourself?
Unknown Speaker 38:09
Yes, um, what I noticed is, I kind of lost myself sometimes. And I said yes to too many things. Where I shouldn't have said yes, and it didn't feel good. You know, like, I was like, my eat my intuition. Everything told me like, hey, that, that's not good. But I still, like accepted it, because I wanted to save this relationship. But it was always like, when I think about it now partners who like love you only when you fulfill this condition, you know, like this or that, or I don't love you anymore. And when you're young, like in your 20s you think, Okay, I have to look like this. If not, he doesn't love me anymore. And I have to do that, you know, stuff like this. Yeah. Did you
Unknown Speaker 38:59
ever have a partner say that you had to look a certain way? Oh, yeah. I just got mad. I'm just like, what did he like? Funny? I had,
Unknown Speaker 39:09
I had I was actually together with that dude, I think almost for three years. Yeah, it was three years. And it was like it came like slowly him so I have super curly hair naturally. Oh, but I have to straighten it sometimes because I cannot brush it, you know, but they're like super curly. And he always was like, I love it straight. You know? And then I was at the beginning. I was okay, that's cool. You know, you have a preference but it doesn't mean you think I'm ugly with like, curly Yeah. Then it got to a point I think we went out and I had curly hair and he was like, No, I don't go out with you with that hair. What? Oh, you know, like, no doubt like
Unknown Speaker 39:50
fucked up dude. Yeah, I can only imagine I'm sure that there's men out men or women. You know women can be assholes to that literally are probably telling their partner's like, you know, you can't gain weight or you can't do whatever. You know. That's That's unfortunate. So yeah, how did you get through that? Because you said you were in love you said you were young that can be really manipulating and controlling. How'd you get out of that?
Unknown Speaker 40:15
Um, it took me a long, long time. And but, like, so many bad things happened and at the end my gut feeling it was just so bad. And I was like, so unhappy. I knew I'm like, Okay, I'm so fucked up. Also, because I knew there's so many lives and at the end, I caught him cheating on me. And it was funny, I caught him cheating. So I had finally approved for everything. And at that moment, I was happy. I was really like, okay, now I have proof now I can break up and now I have really like a reason to hate him. You know, like, I have to prove trust
Unknown Speaker 40:54
me. I understand. And I know a lot of people listening understand because love will like literally not let you end it because you just love that person so much. So you need almost to hate them or have some kind of like, anger against them. Right.
Unknown Speaker 41:07
And some people are like so good and manipulating you. You really think like you are the issue. You're like, yeah, okay, yeah, I shouldn't have done this or said that. Maybe he's really not like, maybe I'm like paranoid. You know, maybe I'm the crazy one. But yeah, when you have like a proof, it's like it felt good. It really felt good. Yeah,
Unknown Speaker 41:31
it's probably you know, it probably hurt a little bit, but it was also like, this is my ticket out, right? Yes.
Unknown Speaker 41:39
And I was like, Okay, I'm not crazy, you know, but it was the other thing. Like I'm not crazy. I knew it all the time.
Unknown Speaker 41:45
Of course. Yeah. It's, you know, it's like vindication. You don't want to be cheated on but you're like, all right. I wasn't driving myself. Absolutely insane. For no fucking reason. There was something going on. I should have trusted my intuition. And it's yes, vindication. But so on a lighter note. female fighters we get some crazy DMS I always like to ask, it's kind of funny. Do you get some wild or creepy DMS from fans?
Unknown Speaker 42:15
I mean, I feel like there's nothing I haven't seen. I mean, it goes from how much they can pay me so I choke them out or kick them into their bowls stuff like this. I think the craziest thing I've got on Instagram was someone who wants to buy my use toilet paper.
Unknown Speaker 42:36
Oh my god. Wow. I
Unknown Speaker 42:39
never, never never ceases
Unknown Speaker 42:42
to amaze me. Like I'm always like, I've heard it all. I've heard it all now. No, I have not. Oh, God. I've not heard that.
Unknown Speaker 42:49
Yeah, and I I'm honest, like when someone tells me they like, like strong females. And when I get choked out, I'm like, Hey, cool, you know, that's your fetish. Yeah, whatever. Um, but like the toilet paper thing. I was like, like
Unknown Speaker 43:05
I don't know if this is true. And I like maybe I should Google this later. But I heard that. Justine Kish was offered a crazy amount of money. She's a former UFC fighter. I think now she she's okay Bellator I believe that someone and maybe you can ask her someone offered her a crazy amount of money for her fighting shorts. That it was like common knowledge that she had an had an accident, you know, fucking shit happens and that's what she said her best. The best COMEBACK EVER. She just wrote on Twitter. Hey, shit happens after she had an in cage accident. And you know, I empathize with her because I'm like, do we put our bodies through so much? And like, and just one punch to the gut? I'm sure I'm surprised. I haven't pooped myself. But yeah, someone offered her a crazy amount of money for her. Those shorts and I'm like, Oh my god. Just what the hell.
Unknown Speaker 44:07
I know. But I'm honest with you. I would have sold it.
Unknown Speaker 44:11
Oh, yeah. I mean some of the right amount of money I'm like, I was gonna throw these away anyway. Here you go. All right. Katerina, if you had to describe your definition of love, like what is love to you?
Unknown Speaker 44:30
I think love is more a state of being you know, like, you should be love and not be like the one the thing I talked about like love someone under this and that condition. You know you're either are love or not. And I feel nowadays that's most of the relationships work like this, you know, like, okay, act like this and I love you if you don't expect this anymore. I don't love you anymore. Because I mean, you cannot love someone if you say like, Okay, you gain 20 pounds, and I will break up with you, you know, like, it should not matter. So yeah, it's just like, and I think if you're really in love, like your life gets just better, you know, you already have a good life. But if you're in love with a person, your life gets better. And you like to do everything with that person shared with that person, you know? Yeah, I
Unknown Speaker 45:28
completely agree. I think that if you're going to enter into whatever type of relationship it should add value to your life. Not Yes, stress or take away from it in whatever way right? Yeah, have you? This is a fun question, because we are crazy fighters and we would do a lot of crazy things not for love. So what's the craziest thing you've ever done for love? Or or most romantic? If it wasn't it super crazy?
Unknown Speaker 45:56
I think I'm still romantic.
Unknown Speaker 46:00
You're a serial romantic. What
Unknown Speaker 46:02
did you say? A romantic? Yeah.
Unknown Speaker 46:04
So you just consistently get into relationships.
Unknown Speaker 46:08
Now I'm seeing romantic that's what I meant. I did nothing wrong. super romantic, I
Unknown Speaker 46:11
guess. Oh, zero romantic. Okay. Yeah. Got it. Yeah.
Unknown Speaker 46:18
I, so I could I can tell you a story. A negative story for one opposite tell me the skills I bought. I'm like I'm so in love with that person was like, yeah, it was the first relationship. My fiancee, and I know we. He went out and he was super drunk. And I wanted to go home and teach us left while we were talking. And I was screaming and yelling. And I know I went into my car and I was driving trying to drive over.
Unknown Speaker 46:50
You tried to run them over. All right. That is crazy for she's like, I don't know if I can if I have one. Oh, maybe that wouldn't have I tried to run my boyfriend over.
Unknown Speaker 47:06
Just because you didn't want to go with me. Yeah, you're going home with me? Or you're going home with no one.
Unknown Speaker 47:19
Yeah. We chalk it up to our 20s and your first relationship and and at the time were you engaged? bastard who wasn't going to go home with you? So I'm wondering, I've had different guests on from all over the world, right. Brazil, Tabitha Ricci, she was on she's a UFC strawweight. And she said, yeah, like sex is very commonly talked about in the Brazilian culture. They're not like Americans were, you know, having the sex talk is such a big thing. And most families don't even explain sex to their kids. So I'm wondering, what's it like, in German culture, you know, is it? Is it more prudish? Or is it more like the French or they're just, you know?
Unknown Speaker 48:13
I would say it's zero. It's not prudish at all. Like, I had that talk with my parents, like, super early when I was like, 12 or 13. I already knew what's like, gonna happen. And like, I'll also I feel like, being naked and stuff is also not a big thing in Germany. I think you fought in Hamburg once, right? I did. Yeah. Yeah. Everything to the sound of it. Yes.
Unknown Speaker 48:40
I think you know, it's so funny as I remember, because I scrolled up on our conversation. And I was like, Oh, me and Katarina have talked a little bit throughout the years on social media. And one thing you had said to me was, when I was fighting in Germany, and I was in the sauna, I made a funny joke, because everybody was naked. And I was the weirdo who was had clothes on. And then you wrote to me, and you're like, Yes, this is normal. In German sauna. You don't have clothes. You're the weirdo if you have clothes on. And I was like, oh, it's funny.
Unknown Speaker 49:11
When I want to talk about this with my American friends, and they're like, Yeah, but it's like, separate, right? Men and women. I'm like, No, we also need to get a button naked in the sauna. Yeah. And first of all, I think it's cleaner. You know, because people take a shower. They go naked in the sauna with a towel. And also, I don't know, like, when I sit in there and a guy comes up. I'm like, Oh, my God, there's a date, you know, because everyone is so used to seeing. Yeah, I mean, if he's like super hot and black, I'm a miscarriage.
Unknown Speaker 49:49
You're like, Okay, you're like, I'll be honest, if you if he's a good looking guy with a great looking wiener. I'm looking. Yeah,
Unknown Speaker 49:59
it's like an All thing also, I remember growing up and like where I grew up there were like a lot of different lakes and like all summer we went to lakes and go swimming. And like, I remember like the whole family was there naked. You know, like, my Auntie's. They all went to the lake like butt naked. Yeah. It's like, it's just a normal thing.
Unknown Speaker 50:18
Yeah, yeah. Yeah. I wonder. I, you know, I don't know. But you know, how, like, certain countries the legal drinking age is like, 16 or 18. Right? And then you don't see as much, you know, crime with like, or abuse of alcohol, because it's, it's not that big of a deal. It's not, you know, looked at like, some horrible thing. And I'm wondering if in these other countries like Germany, or France, or pretty much everywhere besides the US, if, because sexuality and being naked isn't looked at, like taboo, if there's like less rapes, or, you know, less, you know, situation, I wonder, I just wonder, because, you know, I'm sure there's pros and cons to it, right.
Unknown Speaker 51:01
I mean, there's rape, unfortunately, of course, yeah. We're also talking about with friends here, like prostitution is legal in Germany, of course, always legal. It's like, it's a normal job, you know, something like a prostitution there. And I think is it's really good, that it's legal, because it will exist all the time. Of course, it exists in America, everywhere in every city in every town, and making it not illegal makes it so dangerous for females. Yeah. You know, because they have to meet up at a guy's house or whatever, where you know, you never know with who you're gonna meet up, is he gonna kill us raping you? Does he pay you? You know, is it like safe sex? Because in Germany, you have to use a condom, you know, they kick you but if you would not use a condom. So yeah, I think it's it's really bad. A bad thing that it's not legal in German in America. Yeah.
Unknown Speaker 52:00
Yeah. You know, and I can't speak on it, you know, exact laws and everything. But, you know, I'm in because of this podcast I'm in I'm constantly looking at, you know, just different sex podcasts and, you know, news articles and stuff like that. And it seems like when you make it illegal yet, like you said, there's just so much more risks for female or males. Also, there's, you know, males are sex work as well. Yeah. So it's interesting, you know, and, and if someone is doing it of their own freewill, and being safe, like you said, you have to use condoms. Like what is so bad? You know, there are plenty of people that need love in this world that you know, if there's someone a sex worker who's comfortable with it, and it's consensual, like, what is the what is the harm in that? I don't really share with us your opinion. Do you have a favorite quickie story? We always like to ask like, Have you ever had sex in a public place or somewhere wild that it's just at the top of your crazy experiences?
Unknown Speaker 53:06
So we were talking about Sona I had sex in a public sauna once what
Unknown Speaker 53:11
Oh, my God. Oh my gosh, so scary. I I am totally not. What's that word? Would you like? Like getting almost caught exhibitionist? Yeah. I am not an exhibitionist. I'm like do you do you like that thrill of like,
Unknown Speaker 53:29
almost getting caught? Yeah. And, um, so it was pretty cool. But on the on the, the other side is like, it's way too hot. After like, two minutes, okay. That's not funny. You know?
Unknown Speaker 53:46
Yeah. Yeah. i Yeah, the sod is so funny. I remember, when we were talking a couple years ago, when I fought in Germany through social media. In that sauna, my coach actually shout out to Adam Lin, my sub fighter MMA coach, back in the day, he took a picture, which is obviously probably not allowed, but we just, we had to capture the moment because I'm like, sitting on the bottom step and my like, sports bra and little shorts, and I'm sweating. And then behind me on like, the two levels are like one naked man laying down and another naked man. So just like to Dix behind my head, and Adams like Ashley, and I look up and I have no idea what he's doing at the time. And he's like, give me a thumbs up. And I just like thumbs up. I'm tired and is just like me and like to Dick's funniest picture. Like Thanks, coach for the memory. Oh, that's awesome. Wow, sex in a sauna. That's wild. Do you have so I've been asking this new questions. My favorite the sexual bucket list. Is there something that you know what a bucket list is right? Yeah. Okay. Is there something that you haven't done yet sexually or romance wise that you're like, I can't wait to do that or someday I want to do that.
Unknown Speaker 55:01
Um, I think sexually like there's nothing I haven't done yet.
Unknown Speaker 55:09
Yeah, I enjoy sex. I'm not, you know, in my 30s
Unknown Speaker 55:13
Probably don't I was? Yeah, I was pretty open, like my whole life, you know? Like, there wasn't like nothing. I was like, No, I'm not going to do that. I'm the person who was like down for everything to try out. So in Germany, we actually have like six parties to Oh, where you have like a club. It's most of the times like electronic music. It's like a fetish club. And a lot of people go there just to drink and have fun and dance. But it's also common that people have sex on the dance floor. And they have like, yeah, they have like different rooms, like themed rooms, where people have sex. Like, it's more than like swingers there. Yeah. I went through the list too. So Oh, wow. Yeah, I think there's almost really nothing I haven't seen I think and so that's very common. The the
Unknown Speaker 56:05
sex club, it's just because I feel like here, obviously, we do have sex club, but it's not common. So in Germany, there's probably a ton of them. There's a
Unknown Speaker 56:16
ton of them. And like, in every big city, there are parties like this. And I mean, we
Unknown Speaker 56:24
go ahead. Yeah,
Unknown Speaker 56:25
I feel like everyone should go there. Because it's not like you have to have sex. You know, you can just go there and like, enjoy the music. But it's something I feel like you should it should seem once in your life.
Unknown Speaker 56:36
I feel like Yeah, I can't I would love to go see that just because I feel like also you don't know how you're going to feel till you get there. Right? You may just have this this image in your mind of just like whips and people like oh, like in pain or something. And then you get there. And it's just like a completely different experience. And I have the same mentality kind of like a I'll try anything once you know, maybe twice maybe every week. Do you have a something that annoys you in the bedroom like a bedroom pet peeve? We've had anything from bad breath to guys sticking it in the back door without asking or Lazy Lovers. You know, anything like that?
Unknown Speaker 57:19
Um, so I mean, like, bad breath or not being like a clean person is absolute no, go. I also I know that like a lot of people. They have one accent they come home from the club have straight sex. And I'm like, No, I live in take a shower. You know, like, I don't know. Yeah, I wanted to like I don't I just don't like it. So that definitely, I don't like yeah, like lazy guys. And when a guy can talk in bed, you know, that annoys me
Unknown Speaker 57:53
too, when he's not good. When he's not good at dirty talk? Yes. Yeah. You know, I feel bad for guys. Because, you know, you gotta have like, a lot of confidence for the dirty talk. And, you know, if if you do it if a guy or girl, you know, starts to attempt to dirty talk, and, you know, I know just like the ego especially the male ego is so fragile, you know, like, what? What if we were to giggle or something or be like, Well, look, you know, so, but I think dirty talk is so important. And I think I you know, if you don't do it, just try you know, don't go crazy. You know, don't go from like totally silent to your dirty little slut. I'm gonna give it to you like fines somewhere in the middle build up to that build up to dirty little slit or you know, actually, you know, not everybody wants to be called or loose lead. So, but yeah, dirty talk is, is big. I feel like we're getting close to the lightning six round, but I wanted to ask you before we do the lightning sex room. Do you prefer to be dominant in the bedroom? Or is that actually because you like, black is the time where you can allow them to be the more dominant one and you can finally be a little bit more submissive? Yeah, I
Unknown Speaker 59:07
don't like to be dominant in bed. Yeah, yeah, I
Unknown Speaker 59:10
kind of got that with. I want a bigger guy. You know, we're just badass all day long. You know, like, at the end of the day, I kind of want like, I'm like you put the work in or you make me feel? dainty, you know? And it's not often I feel dainty,
Unknown Speaker 59:25
right? Yeah, almost never.
Unknown Speaker 59:29
All right, it's time for the lightning sex round. Katarina. Are you ready? Yes, okay, here we go. Lightning sex round. Do you dirty talk in bed? Yes. Do you spank or like to be spanked?
Unknown Speaker 59:51
Yes. Biting.
Unknown Speaker 59:54
No, no biting, choking? Yes, three. So comes.
Unknown Speaker 1:00:02
Yes.
Unknown Speaker 1:00:03
Do you watch porn? No. Any fetishes like a foot fetish? No, or a bodily fluid fetish.
Unknown Speaker 1:00:18
Bond. Let's say you, okay?
Unknown Speaker 1:00:21
Bondage like ropes, blindfold handcuffs, any of those kinds of restraints.
Unknown Speaker 1:00:27
I love it when someone can do it.
Unknown Speaker 1:00:29
Oh, really? When when they tie you up or when you tie them up? Yeah. When they time. Yeah. All right. Ooh. You know, sometimes it's hard for people like us to get tied up because we're like, relinquishing control. But oh, that's what about role playing? Oh, no. But stuff on you are a partner. Yes. Do you use sex toys? Yes. And I already asked you this, but are you told me but have you ever been to a swingers club? Or a six part? Oh, sorry, a sex club or a swingers party? And you said yes. Very common in Germany. Awesome. Are you a lingerie lover? Yeah, I love it. You kind of have to be with your only fans. Right?
Unknown Speaker 1:01:18
And I also feel good. You know, when you have like nice things on I feel like you feel better. Yeah, it's like like we
Unknown Speaker 1:01:25
just said it's very rare when I feel dainty. When I wear lingerie. I'm like, Oh, I'm girly. Body hair. Yay. Yes. All right. Ever been caught having sex or caught masturbating? Yes. Oh, do you want to share that story with us? That's the last question.
Unknown Speaker 1:01:48
I mean, it was it was masturbating. I've been called by my parents. I almost got Yeah, I'm not sure I always. I think Juliana Mila said that too. And Ultimate Fighter. And of course you must masturbate. There you go. You've been there for six weeks? Oh, yeah.
Unknown Speaker 1:02:10
Yeah, you were on a different season. That's right. Yeah.
Unknown Speaker 1:02:13
Yeah. And sometimes I was like, I think people like yeah, then you move and
Unknown Speaker 1:02:23
you're like, you're like I wasn't fooling anybody Oh, that's hilarious. Yeah, I just don't envy you girls in that scenario. Did I want to be in the UFC? Would I have done this show? Yes. But like after hearing about you know, not having music or books or internet and just you know, especially girls can be very dramatic and stuff and you know, just like sounds like such a hectic you know time. Well, that was awesome. We have two more segments left one is called a Fuck, Marry kill. And the other one is just fan questions from your fans. You want to play Fuck, Marry, Kill marry one kill one go. I think we're done. We're done. We're done here. All right, so let's play Fuck, Marry kill Katarina. You let us know that you were into large black men. So you get the large black men version of Fuck, Marry kill. You get to choose between the black beast Derrick Lewis, Uriah Hall, and Francis Ningaloo. Who would you? Who would you fuck? Who would you marry? And who would you kill?
Unknown Speaker 1:03:41
Fuck, Marry and kill. I would marry Derrick Lewis. Okay, cuz he's funny as hell.
Unknown Speaker 1:03:49
Oh my god. So funny.
Unknown Speaker 1:03:54
I would kill Francis and I would talk Uriah because Uriah is also my friends.
